On Nov.11,2017,Lawyers took three franchise centers (Shenzhen,Guangzhou,Foshan)to understand the status of Bamaol’s develpoment in numbers of Bamaol franchise center.To focus on whether the central business is standardized / daily work, turnover, net profit, their own plans and assumptions, etc.

On 11th early morning, Mr. James and Bamaol’s vice president GUI Jie, director of the President’s office He Ruoyun came to the first inspection center Shenzhen .Director Wang Liping warmly welcomed and showed the center operating achievement.Lawyers inquired about the business license, site,undertaking project,management information and other related qualifications. After taking photos, he held a separate talk with Director Wang for 2 hours.
After that,they went to the second center--Guangzhou as soon as possible.There were lots of clients in the crowded center of Guangzhou.Consultants carefully dealt with their cases in the warm consulting room. The center Director Yin Yi made time to interview with Mr. James separately in busy.They talkd more than one hour, Director Yin did detailed report of the Guangzhou center business development mode, as well as the current development and economic income situation.
And then they went for the third center--Foshan.It newly established,however, the center has all facilities and equipment, and the management team is perfect--Foshan center team "Five Golden Flowers" perform their duties.Mr. James was very pleased with the sunshine and vitality of Foshan center during the talk with "Golden Flowers"
By the end of the investigation,Mr.James summarized:The three centers in Foshan, Guangzhou and Shenzhen have different features -- Shenzhen is the center of solid work, meticulous; Guangzhou is a center with central business diversification and clear business ideas; the establishment of the Foshan center team is full of vitality, more appealing.The same is that they filled with confidence and sense of mission to Bamaol. On the morning of 12th, lawyers James interviewed with Bamaol’s headquarters executives relating to their representation and qualifications, experience and conduct, competence and diligence, and part-time salary, senior executives within the reporting period changes, whether they have the qualifications of senior executives of listed companies, shareholders and other foreign investment and so on.In a harmonious talking interview atmosphere, James further deepened the understanding and awareness of Bamaol, highly recognized Bamaol’s career and management team .
In the afternoon, Mr. James chatted with Chairman of the Board Mr. Hu Yu.He explained to Mr. James about the development course of Bamaol, the enterprise culture and the great mission, and the great efforts to the harmony of all mankind!
After two days of investigation, Mr. James and his group returned to Shenzhen. Although they were tired, they were still in high spirits.
