The first national director meeting of Bamaol in 2007 was held in Ji'nan, Shandong province, and the lofty cause of Bamaol service for the human psychology and soul was set sail from here. Ten years is a flash,there is an old poem that goes well: the north horse prefer the wind from north, the south bird build nest at south. Bamaol is the home of all Bamaol lecturers, the root of the health teachers' group is always Bamaol. There is a root, there is family, there is hope, there is strength, you all can fly! No matter how far you go, how high you fly, how successful your career is and how well you will do, please remember your roots are in Bamaol.

The influence of the lecturer's morality on the students' mind is a spiritual energy which cannot be replaced by any skill, technique, method and textbook, or any moral maxim. The lecturer's noble personality is the spiritual strength to guide and motivate the students to perfect their personality. As the analects of Confucius said, "the man of the virtuous man is to stand up and become a man of his own."Confucius said," a gentleman's plan is not to seek food, "and" the gentleman is not worried about poverty. "it is the weighing of the spiritual value of man. Rites university said: "From ancient the man with high morality had worldwide vision, he knows that if he wants to manage state affairs, he should run his family firstly. For the same reason, self-cultivation before family running, mind rectification before self-cultivation." For thousands years, life ideals of mind recitification,self-cultivation,family running,state management and world pacification combined with the positive attitude of "Improve yourself in the adversity,serve the world when you succeed." ,which is the doctrine of the Confucian reverence and moral feelings, explained the Confucian value pursuit" inside the saint outside the king ".Xunzi morality cultivation writes: "The man who has achieved self-cultivation must be polite. A man who engaged as teacher shold proceed the politeness improvement.", the role of the instructor is not just "to preach, to teach and to reassure" teaching activity, but should behave well in the social civilization and moral demonstration.The instructor of Bamaol teachers' group must have the qualities of patriotism, morality, tolerance, diligence, advancement, professionalism, dedication, love and adamancy.
Therefore, the teachers of Bamaol teachers' group must "take care of the people" and "help themselves " and "build their own mind ". Adhere to the principles of "know molrality ", "abide by morality ", "defend morality " and "practice tmorality" , which will surely promote the improvement of the quality of life and the cultivation of personality. Thus, we can create a new chapter of Bamaol.
The lecturer is also constantly adapting to various changes and strategic transformation, to be good at product innovation and brand building. More consciously practice Bamaol's core values, further promote Bamaol's purpose, vision, spirit, gratitude, responsibility, dedication, credit, moral character, and improve reputation of Bamaol.
This meeting and training is another milestone in the development history of Bamaol. It is to bring together all the lecturers, unite, promote the integration of resources, complement each other, achieve win-win progress and create another brilliant future.
